Avenir Bold is seeking an Account Executive to be responsible for daily activity for one or more of our growing accounts. We are looking for an experienced AE with a true love of marketing who is eager to be a part of a dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Handles day-to-day activities for assigned clients
- Interfaces with internal agency departments to coordinate account activity
- Receives client project briefings, compiles contact reports and distributes to appropriate client/agency personnel
- Quickly and accurately relays client change orders to appropriate agency teams
- Effectively presents, sells and defends all agency work/proposals
- Supports other client management team members
- Keeps apprised of clients’ brands/products/services
- Assists in developing client proposals, marketing plans, media and public relations plans
- Responds promptly to client communications
- Facilitates execution of approved marketing programs
- Reviews creative materials and coordinates client approval process
- Reviews client invoices
- Briefs account manager regularly on account progress for all assigned clients
- Coordinates project timing and budgets with agency project management
- Actively seeks additional projects/new business from clients
- Assists leadership with new business efforts
- Represents agency at industry and community functions
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years agency or client marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field
- Commitment to superb client service
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- A creative spirit who embraces change
